Bailey Mill is a converted 1811c Grain Mill offering exceptional facilities and situated on the beautiful Scottish/Cumbrian Borders with miles of forest rides and quiet country Lanes. Bring your own horse or hire one of our quality horse/ ponies (eight available). Stay when we hold one of our Le Trec events. Extend your B&B or Self-Catering break and enjoy some BHS approved rides from Bailey Mill, or ride over the Border into Scotland and stay at another farm. Maps & Routes available. Escorted rides if required. Full-board riding holidays. Lessons available in our all weather outdoor arena. All abilities and ages catered for. Unaccompanied children welcome. Non-riders can tour, walk or cycle the area. Mountain bikes for hire.

6 Lodden looseboxes and 4 stalls inside a purpose built barn, grazing in paddocks adjacent to accommodation, feed, hay and bedding on-site.

Self-catering in 6 courtyard apartments sleeping 2 to 9 persons (40 in total), linen and heating included in the price. All apartments have TV & Video. Bed & Breakfast with en-suite facilities in the Farmhouse Annex for up to 10 persons. On-site jacuzzi, sauna and toning table, games room, fully Licensed Bar and meals serv

Horses Stabling £10 - £15 per day, Grazing £3 - £6 per day. Full Board Riding Holidays, Adults £48 per day, £300 per week (includes hire of horse). Children £30 - £35 per day, £180 - £200 per week. Self-catering £98 £488 per week, B&B £20 per person per night. Evening meals £8 - £12 Packed Lunch £3.00
